- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and include the RAN and proof of purchase. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

- If your return is rejected, we will contact you with a detailed explanation.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

7. Exchanges

8. Shipping Costs

- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
